It’s a one-step permanent repair system for virtually all roof types, and roof accessories.
Creates a waterproof, moisture, and airtight barrier with no additional sealing required.
Remains flexible to temperatures as low as -70ºF making it virtually impossible to thermally shock the seam causing a leak.
Pressure activated, permanently bonding to virtually any metal roof type. Works great for repairing metal flashings, venting, gutters, skylights, copings, ductwork and more.
The enhanced sealing solutions 100% solids formulation of synthetic resins, thermoplastics and non-curing rubber (non butyl with a built in primer Total thickness 34 mils (+/- 2 mils)
